Rooibos, the red bush tea

Rooibos comes from the red bush plant of South Africa. It brews a rich red-amber cup that stays smooth, even if you forget about it and let it steep a little longer.

It's lovely on its own or with a splash of milk. It also carries sweet flavours really well, which is why so many of our dessert blends start with it.
